Executive Chef, Antonio Dias, from Coimbra, Portugal, utilises his Mediterranean skills in combining standard favourites with new and exciting dishes. Antonio sources fresh fish, meat and seasonal produce, where possible, from local suppliers.
The focus of the renowned service and delivery is perpetuated by restaurant manager and Maitre'd Stephane Clerc who's background includes such places as Greenway, The Cotswolds and Charlton House.
